Account deletion request process
How to Request Account Deletion
To request the deletion of your Fiftify account and all associated data, please send an email to:
Include the following in your request:
- The email address associated with your Fiftify account
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
What Gets Deleted
Upon processing your request, we will permanently delete:
- Your account credentials and profile information
- Push notification tokens and device associations
- Any cached business data on our servers related to your mobile app usage
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation once your account has been deleted.
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed
- You will lose access to the Fiftify mobile app immediately after deletion
- We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records for tax compliance), as described in our Privacy Policy
