This Privacy Policy describes how Fiftify Inc. ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Fiftify mobile application ("App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.

2.1 Information You Provide

• Account credentials: email address and password used to log in to your Fiftify account
• Profile information: your name and email associated with your Fiftify account

2.2 Business Data Accessed

• Orders: sales order details including customer info, items, totals, and statuses
• Purchase orders: supplier orders including ordered/received quantities and statuses
• Inventory: product listings, stock levels, and warehouse locations

This business data is fetched from the Fiftify API and is not stored persistently on your device beyond caching for performance.

2.3 Information Collected Automatically

• Device information: device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers
• Error and performance data: crash reports, stack traces, and performance metrics (via Sentry)
• Push notification tokens: device tokens for delivering push notifications (if enabled)

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide the service: authenticate you and display your business data (orders, POs, inventory)
• Send notifications: deliver push notifications about new orders or important updates (with your permission)
• Improve the App: analyze crash reports and performance data via Sentry to fix bugs and improve reliability
• Secure your account: store authentication tokens securely on your device to maintain your session

Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using Expo Secure Store (encrypted device storage). Business data is fetched from Fiftify servers via encrypted HTTPS connections and is not permanently stored on your device. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access.

6. Camera Access

The App may request access to your device camera for product scanning features. Camera data is processed locally and is not transmitted to third parties. You can revoke camera permissions at any time through your device settings.

7. Push Notifications

With your permission, we may send push notifications about new orders and important account updates. You can enable or disable push notifications in the App settings or through your device settings at any time.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is a business tool not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: request deletion of your account and all associated data

10. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your Fiftify account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data from our servers within 30 days. Crash reports and performance data are retained by Sentry for 90 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last revised.
